| PARTS OF STEEL STRIP
The
factory is equipped with six stamping-bend automatic machines "Bihler"
- Germany, combined in a line with disc scissors, quenching furnace "Degussa"
for isothermal quenching in protective medium, equipment for phosphate - varnish
and has a well developed capacity for the production of stamping parts which are
made on excentric and hydraulic presses from 3 to 100 tons. Final processing is
made by universal and specialized machine tools.
Here
are produced different parts of strips. The strips dimensions are from 0,1 to
2,0 mm thick and maximum width 130 mm. The minimum orders' quantity is 50 000
pcs.
The manufacture of parts
and accessories for the military industry takes a big part of the production
range. They include links and belts for guns, metal magazines, special springs,
etc.
Concertina coils of barbed
tape and stators for electric motors are also produced. | |
