   "Spring Factory" was founded in 1974 as a state structure of "Arsenal" Kazanlak. It has been an independent joint-stock company with 100 % private capital since May 1999. The major shareholders are:
   Alexander Minchev - Executive director and a Chairman of the Board of Directors;    Ivan Videv - Chief Accountant
   Snejina Manchorova - Manager "Human Resources".

"Spring Factory" Co. Is located in the village of Krun, close by Kazanlak, district Stara Zagora. It covers 70 000 sq.m, 18 700 sq.m of which is a built-up area.
   The company manufactures different groups of products:

      1. Cold coiled springs
      2. Hot coiled springs
      3. Parts of steel strips
      4. Parts and accessories for the military industry
      5. Other products

   Production is made to orders in conformity with presented by the customer drawings or samples.
Material control, tools control and the control of technological processes and production are done according to the military standards and measurements are made in its own mechanical and chemical laboratories.

   In production are used different types of wires and strips according to DIN and GOST, mainly imported from Germany.
   The maintenance and the manufacture of the main tools and equipment are done in the factory. The engineering and the technical personnel has a high designer and technological experience and is able to develop new articles successfully.
